HELLO.

I'm Dagmara Matsushita, but you can call me Daga. With almost a decade of experience in interior design, including projects in Japan and London, I'm transitioning into the dynamic field of UX design. Why the switch? I'm driven by a passion for people and their stories, aspiring to create products that genuinely enhance lives.

My time in Japan profoundly shaped my design philosophy. Infusing principles like harmony, simplicity, and meticulous attention to detail, I craft experiences that seamlessly blend aesthetics with human-centre design.

I ask open-ended questions, research, rethink, ideate and visualise experience design. At the core of my design approach is empathy. I specialize in asking the right questions, conducting thorough research, and refining ideas through an iterative process. Embracing the Kaizen approach, I believe in continual improvement—making each project better than the last.

In a world facing various challenges, I advocate for design that prioritizes both people and the planet. It's not just about solving problems; it's about creating solutions that truly make a positive impact and are sustainable.

My design stands for implementing empathy & inclusive approach through experience & interaction.

Ready to join me on this journey where creativity and empathy converge to shape meaningful experiences?

Beyond design, I'm a people enthusiast. Interacting with diverse cultures fuels my creativity and informs my design choices. Outside of work, you'll find me camping with family and friends, indulging in artistic pursuits, or contributing to my sustainable clothing brand through kimono remakes.
